Sales Associate
Novak Auto Parts is looking for enthusiastic, outgoing salespeople to sell new, used. and aftermarket auto parts both to walk-in customers at our facility and to established wholesale and retail customers on the telephone. This is an hourly position with additional monthly commission. We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships with people, has automotive knowledge and is comfortable with computerized inventory. eBay experience is a plus! Our hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. NO weekends or evenings!

Parts Puller Specialist
Do you love cars, like to work with your hands, and enjoy being in the great outdoors? Look no further! We’ve got an 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. M-F opening with great benefits at an award-winning family business that has been around since 1958. This job involves removing basic parts from cars: headlights, taillights, doors, etc.. This would NOT involve removal of engines, transmissions, etc. No certifications or degrees needed. All you need is your own tools, a little car knowledge, and a good work ethic.
Benefits Include: Paid holidays and discounted pricing are offered immediately. Health care fully paid by the company is offered after 60 days. Paid sick days, paid vacation and 401K are offered at one year.

Tear Down Mechanic
If taking things apart is your strong suit, Novak Auto Parts has the job for you. Our auto dismantlers disassemble vehicles daily inside our facility on lifts. This includes draining fluids, removing wheels, engines, transmission, transfer cases and axle assemblies. Interested applicants should be knowledgeable in late model car, truck and van parts. ASE certification is not required but is a plus. No diagnosing or repairs of vehicles is required but you must have tools and a toolbox as well as the ability to lift 75 pounds safely, stand for most of the day, and keep a clean work area.
Benefits Include: Paid holidays immediately along with discounted pricing, UPMC Gold Health insurance funded completely by the company is available after 60 days. At one year additional benefits include paid sick days, paid vacation and 401k.
